• Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: in 5 business days after you submitted your abstract to EasyChair

• Final Paper Sending Starting Date: 21st of November 2016

• Final Paper Submission Deadline**:  17th of December  extended to 31st of December 2016 (included^*)

• Conference Dates: 6th, 7th and 8th of February 2017

 IMPORTANT DATES FOR REGISTRATION

• Early Bird Registration: from 15th of October until 19th of November 2016 (included*)
• Standard registration:  from 20th of November to 17th of December (extended to:) 24th December of 2016 (included*)
• Late Registration**: from 25th 18th of December 2016 until the conference days
